Portland Beleggings is part of the Portland Group – established in 1988. The company, initially registered as Portland Bouers, was focussed on property development.
In 2015 Portland Beleggings started construction on the iconic 76 on Beach, situated on the Blouberg beachfront. These luxury apartments proved to be very popular and only a year after completed, construction of Asante, situated right next to 76 on Beach, began.
